Contracts Administrator

Leads and conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation and administration, and ensures contract compliance for contracts.

Accountabilities

  • Performs all contract administration duties including negotiation, correspondence, documentation, and reporting.

  • Ensures compliance with contract terms and conditions

  • Works with business units and pricing to modify contract schedules for new products and pricing changes.

  • Provides advice and interpretation of contractual requirements.

  • Coordinates reporting and ensures timely processing of quarterly Industrial Funding Fee (IFF)

  • Prepares and submits Subcontracting Reports.

  • Assists in the development of internal contract compliance policies and procedures

  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's level degree in a related subject area preferred

  • 3-5 years related experience; minimum 3 years in contracts administration.

  • Strong proficiency in writing, editing and word processing.

  • Excellent business communication skills.

  • Effective administrative and organizational skills.

  • Attention to detail and great follow-up skills essential.

  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to interact with all levels of management.

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high quality work.

  • Previous LexisNexis experience a plus.
