The LexisNexis Risk Solutions Government market’s Law Enforcement platform products are rapidly growing . We are looking for an innovative product manager that will leverage our data along with our customer’s data and will apply new technologies to continue to enhance and create new product features that assist our customers in solving crime. The Sr Product Manager II will own and drive products, features, and internal company initiatives to continue growing, strengthening, and enhancing the LexisNexis portfolio of industry leading law enforcement solutions. You’ll lead product execution, develop product requirements, manage backlogs, and work closely within cross-functional teams developing and maintaining product ideas that solve customer problems.


  • Aligns/coaches the development team to ensure customer needs are met

  • Identifies the most important data to consider and sets priorities and product dashboard appropriately for applicable enhancements and features

  • Develops or assists in the development of the pricing strategy of products and features, if applicable

  • Is independently accountable for portions of launch and strategy execution as assigned

  • Supports and participates in business strategic planning, contributing to sales and business development strategy, as needed

  • Has a thorough understanding of the broader product experience and uses this knowledge to develop comprehensive prototypes

  • Helps drive solutions for complicated design challenges

  • Writes clear requirements for complex features or products and is responsive to requests for clarifications

  • Manages product without direct supervision, involving manager or other senior leaders only when appropriate

  • Develops product vision and roadmap plan aligned with business strategy and communicates across all critical stakeholders, as applicable

  • Understands how to use data to drive commercial decisions and growth opportunities for the product


8-10 years of experience oflong-term ownership and success in leading product lifecycle strategy and planning, including the release of multiple products and features. Development of deep customer relationships that drive meaningful dialogue about the future direction of a product. Bachelor’s Degree, advanced degrees and certifications a plus. Direct or indirect law enforcement experience a plus.
