Location: United States

Provides general administrative support to a department or group of professionals. |


  1. Normally follows established procedures on routine work; requires instructions only on new assignments

  2. Work on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.

  3. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.

    1. Coordinate business travel arrangements and on/off-site meetings or conferences. Complete expense reports.
  4. May take and transcribe minutes of meetings as required.

  5. Answer telephone.

  6. Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence

  7. Prepare presentation materials for meetings.

  8. Perform other related duties and projects as assigned or required.

  1. High school diploma; Associate degree preferred

  2. Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience

  3. Previous administrative experience supporting multiple departments and/or multiple managers and/or employees

  4. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products including, but not limited to, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  5. Proficient with e-mail and scheduling tools

  6. Ability to research and find company-specific information utilizing vehicles such as the Internet, Intranet, Sharepoint, etc.

    1. Requires the ability to exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills.
