Working within a dedicated segment marketing and sales team, this role takes responsibility for the development and implementation of segment marketing programs and campaigns to achieve growth and retention targets. Key accountabilities include demand and lead generation programs, sales enablement, content marketing, promotions, events and PR. You will also be the lead planner for sales activity and accountable for segment and product revenue targets. The role also involves undertaking research into the market and competitor activity, translation of customer requirements and identifying and participating in trade shows and conferences. This is a full-time permanent position whilst more flexible employment arrangement on a part-time basis may be considered.

You will collaborate with our sales and marketing operations teams to successfully deliver go-to-market programs, incorporating the newest in marketing and communications technologies. From leading business decisions through precision analytics to communicating our brand and customer solutions with social media panache, you will be supporting the Rule of Law within a team of highly skilled, innovative and proactive individuals who are setting the trend in our fast-evolving, customer-focused industry.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Ability to develop & implement insight-driven segment marketing strategies and plans to drive rapid customer and revenue growth

  • Technology savvy with experience of marketing automation software, content marketing and social

  • Experience in B2B marketing preferred

  • Drive demand generation and marketing initiatives in target markets

  • Experience managing the marketing leads funnel and closed loop tracking

  • High level analytical skills across competitor, market, customer and financial

  • Strong strategy, planning and execution ability

  • A strong commercial / metrics focus with high standards of work

  • Ability to develop strong collaborative partnerships with key business functions and external parties

  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a segment role
