Reporting to the Head of GTM (Go To Market) Operations, this role is responsible for developing and driving the digital strategy for LexisNexis Pacific. Strategic intent, liaising with key stakeholders to develop a robust roadmap and communicating transparently are overarching elements of the role; however, execution is your strength.
From creating and managing web content and digital marketing campaigns to coordinating 3rdparty suppliers and the digital marketing elements for internal stakeholders, the Digital Marketing Manager is a discipled doer as well as a leader. The candidate is responsible for defining but also evaluating the digital strategy to enhance the effectiveness of LexisNexis Pacific digital channels (AUNZ websites and eStores.)
The right candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. From customer acquisition to conversion rate optimisation,s/he will build an inbound marketing plan, measure ROI and KPIs, andlead, supervise and motivate members of digital marketing team to achieve measurable growth.
Based in our Chatswood office, you will:
Maintain and manage LN AUNZ websites in line with the digital strategy to improve customer experience and strengthen the LN brand and positioning of our platforms
Support the promotion of local products by planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns and ensure competitive success
Engage internal stakeholders to support our social media strategy as part of optimising our digital infrastructure
Work with global teams to improve the eStore functionality and effective alignment with LN’s upgraded systems
Manage a remote digital team (REPH) of six people
Provide insights into digital and eStore performance to the Head of GTM Operations and the SLT
Communicate regular SEO, SEM and eStore tracking and optimisation initiatives
Manage existing 3rdparty relationships with an eye for delivering maximum value and sharing insights with internal stakeholders
To be considered for this role you will:
Degree qualified in Marketing, Communication, Business or related discipline
5+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role
Record of accomplishment in delivering successful online campaigns and program
Knowledge and experience of web content management using a CMS, HTML knowledge would also be beneficial
Knowledge of and experience with digital marketing strategy and tactics, marketing automation platforms and social media platforms
Experienced, strong copy-writer (e.g., blogs, web content, digital campaign assets)
Comprehensive understanding and solid experience in content marketing, landing page/conversion optimisation, SEM, SEO, PPC and SMM
Analytical skills for interpreting research, reports and analytics and using reporting platforms
A solid understanding of best practices including Google Analytics, Google Webmaster tools and link building techniques
A passion for staying on top of the latest digital trends
