Key Account Manager – Medium to Large Corporates

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including sales.

  • Meet customer needs in market by selling risk & compliance products

  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods

  • Maintenance of customer database and keep active and balanced sales pipeline to deliver consistent sales performance

  • Renewing client contracts with growth and up-selling new modules

  • To be able to respond to customer's issues/requests/inquiries in a timely manner.

  • Interact with customers and prospects positively and with added value. Maintain relationships with customers.

  • Give the necessary feedback to the internal stake folders including product and market

Key Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years experience in either sales, business development or relationship management

  • Proven solution selling experience within industries including legal, risk, compliance, banking, finance, insurance or accounting

  • Full of energy and dedication to sales career, a quick leaner and be able to work well under pressure with enthusiastic, with positive attitude

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills

  • Solid negotiation skills and the ability to network effectively both internally and externally

  • Need strong decision making and problem-solving skill
