Project Manager CLCR
Location: Sacramento, California, United States
Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project oriented work efforts.
Assembles content development project plans and teamwork assignments, directs and monitors work efforts on a daily basis, identifies resource needs, performs quality review, and escalates functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately
Contributes customer information and assists with development of content strategy
Contributes to preparation of the business case showing the business impact of the project (costs/savings/revenues/intangible benefits)
Tracks key project milestones and adjusts project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers
Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed
Ensures an excellent understanding of the business unit being worked with and their priorities
Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables
Participates in management and training of vendors and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables
Leads and supports competitive analyses, including but not limited to content comparisons, detailed source and document reviews, and identifying remediation needs in Primary Law content sets.
Manages and tracks new builds and remediation builds.
Other duties as assigned.

Fully knowledgeable of the Content Development process
Deep understanding of customer legal research needs and user behavior
Expert knowledge of LN legal research products and delivery platforms
Trained in relevant content development tools
Possess knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques
Typically possesses 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of work or equivalent work experience
PMI certification preferred
