Customer Support Research Analyst
Location: Reston, Virginia, United States
The primary purpose of this position is to retrieve public records for clients by conducting legal research and serving as a liaison with field employees & vendors.
Actively manage life cycle of document retrieval orders.
Deliver clear, concise, accurate, timely and thorough communication to internal and external customers, while displaying a strong customer service orientation.
Conduct research required and provide information obtained by using internal and external resources.
Apply established standards to the order management process, to effectively meet departmental objectives.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience working in a client-facing role.
Strong Attention to detail.
Experience working in a fast paced & team oriented environment.
Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent follow up skills.
Critical reading skills.
Experience using Microsoft Internet Explorer & Firefox web browsers
Experience as a legal assistant, legal secretary or paralegal preferred.
