This position will work in the Global Finance organization and provide Automation Development expertise to the Global Finance teams. This role reports to VP & Global Financial Controller and work closely with the Sr. Director of RPA and Continuous Improvement in Global Operations. This role will work in collaboration with the onshore and offshore development teams to design and develop robotic process automation and work through all phases of the automation development life cycle, including testing. In addition, provide support and/or training to additional teams in LN. The role will work with other technical, architecture and business stakeholders. This role utilizes RPA technology, specifically UiPath technology to support business strategies and improve business processes by delivering process automation solution that meet or exceed enterprise quality and security requirements.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Apply automation initiatives to a Finance-wide RPA/Digital strategy

  2. Align different digital technology to the appropriate front and back office processes

  3. Identify processes where RPA or other digital solutions will deliver the greatest impact

  4. Determine data sets needed to execute RPA/Digital pilots, and quickly diagnose and resolve data quality issues

  5. Communicate RPA/Digital value, and influence business leaders to adopt initiatives/pilots

  6. Develop and apply RPA/Digital quality assurance on the software development (coding) - implies ability to develop robots

  7. Orchestrate RPA/Digital pilots with internal department ?users?, IT infrastructure, IT security, Internal Controls and HR

  8. Orchestrate RPA/Digital pilot shift to production with stakeholders (Users, IT infrastructure, Controls)

  9. Create RPA/Digital business cases for pilots

  10. Extrapolate RPA/Digital business case results to entire departments or the entire company

  11. Orchestrate change management programs with HR or other change influencers, where needed.

Qualifications:

  1. College degree (preferred focus on business, engineering, IT, or analytics)

  2. Advanced degree in data analytics, or six sigma certification a strong plus

  3. Minimum 5-8 years business experience: continuous improvement or process design experience

  4. RPA certification/training with at least one vendor: preferred UiPath
