Job Description:

The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating internal and external resources to support successful completion of projects as assigned.

Accountabilities:

  1. Gather data, evaluate specifications and determine key requirements/project outcomes to successfully meet customer needs

  2. Determine, plan and organize tasks & activities required to implement projects

  3. Oversee and coordinate the project through design, launch and execution to ensure all project team members are completing assigned tasks according to project milestone targets

  4. Establish and manage project expectations with sophisticated client groups

  5. Estimate, monitor and document project hours, initiating corrective action as necessary, for custom projects or timeline deviations

  6. Manages and ensures stakeholder adherence to internal process and policy

  7. Coordinates with management to identify and allocate resources for project delivery

  8. Provides day-to-day direction on process related activities

  9. Serve as the expert consultant for project resources regarding issues, project questions and scope

  10. Continuously monitors internal controls, key business processes and policies and project resource to asses ongoing project risk and identify mitigation strategies as issues arise

  11. Manages portfolio of multiple projects with various scopes and competing resources

  12. Weekly reporting on project status to management to elevate project issues for timely resolution

  13. Successfully manage customer project through completion and transition to sales & support team

  14. Serve as management and customer point of contact for project updates

  15. Expected total travel <40%

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree

  2. 3+ years in Project Management or Consultant role

  3. Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects

  4. Excellent problem-solving skills

  5. Proven success in customer facing role

  6. Proven ability to effectively assess risk

  7. Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy

  8. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills at executive level

  9. Proven ability to work in cross functional team environment

  10. Strong organizational and time management skills

  11. Strong process and continuous improvement focus

  12. Advanced computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM applications

13.Project Management Certification training in process with goal to complete 1styear of employment
