Location: Raleigh, North Carolina, United States

Job Summary:

The Product Manager I will be a member of one agile team and own a product feature. He/she will own the development plan and represent their feature within the PM team. He/she will represent the needs of the customer to the delivery team and will support and participate in the demo to key stakeholders at program milestones. He/she will own building, prioritizing, and maintaining the agile team backlog.

  • Leads the execution of a product roadmap for a single feature area.

  • Understands and utilizes the drivers for improving the customer experience

  • Leverages tools to coordinate activities and ensures quality based on the development methodology in place.

  • Defines and prioritizes requirement changes for engineering and performs analysis to meet acceptance criteria.

  • Prioritizes and accepts stories in the team backlog based on external product management priorities.

  • Understands the objectives for the upcoming PI planning.

  • Escalates appropriately if deadlines are in danger of being missed.

Education to Qualify: Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical subject (Computer Science or Engineering discipline) is preferred, but not essential.
