The Client Marketing Manager for CounselLink develops and implements a strategic marketing plan to inspire confidence with current customers through activities and programs designed to promote product value, increase adoption, improve retention, and deliver leads for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Reporting to the Director of Global Marketing, this role works closely with the Marketing Manager - Demand Generation, Account Management, Product Management and Product Marketing.
Design and implement marketing programs that increase adoption, improve retention and satisfaction, and deliver leads for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Execute campaigns across multiple channels including email, direct mail, telemarketing, event marketing, social media, in-product promotion via Pendo, etc.
Partner closely with the sales and services organizations to understand business objectives and priorities and equip sales team with tools to help retain customers and sell additional products and services.
Collaborate with Marketing Manager, Demand Generation to leverage campaigns, content, etc. as appropriate, and partner on large scale launches, events, etc. that span both retention and acquisition.
Collaborate with Social Media team to incorporate social media into overall marketing plan and provide direction in the development of social content and execution of social campaigns.
Define a portfolio of events designed to strengthen and develop relationships with existing clients, across the desired range of relationship / influencer levels and partner with events Manager to plan and execute overall event experience.
Collaborate with Product Management to understand product usage trends to guide overall marketing plan.
Continually measure and report on campaign results, making refinements and recommendations based on data analysis.
BS/BA or equivalent.
At least 5 years proven marketing experience.
B2B software, SaaS or technology marketing and proposition marketing models, processes and techniques.
Must be a metrics driven marketer comfortable with analyzing data to drive better decision making.
A results-oriented outlook with the ability to prioritize and deliver key initiatives.
Excellence in developing creative marketing campaigns that deliver results.
Ability and desire to collaborate across a matrixed environment.
