Basic Job Function:This position exists to analyze data, identify exceptions, perform root cause analysis, create recommendations for remediation or correction to data inconsistencies
and improving controls around processes. A qualified candidate will be capable of performing various functions to create, maintain and enhance product design through SQL, Excel or
other technical applications and related documentation. They will show proficiency to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, management and LEXIS-NEXIS
functional areas by presenting problem resolution, product information and status reports in a professional manner.
Analyze, investigate, negotiate and resolve problems to ensure product integrity.
Professionally maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
Acquire and enhance understanding of product knowledge and customer requirements for personal and career development.
Support and participate in projects.
AS or Equivalent Experience.
Organization and analytical skills
Written and oral communication skills
Knowledge of LEXIS-NEXIS procedures and products
Knowledge of Legal, Business or Government data
Knowledge of LEXIS-NEXIS products
Knowledge of fabrication processes
PC & technical knowledge
