We are looking for a committed, high-energy sales representative responsible for establishing, developing and closing sales to new clients in a defined territory for LexisNexisIP. Our sales team works in a fast-paced sales environment offering excellent growth, both professionally and financially, supported by excellent sales tools and outbound Marketing, Lead Generation campaigns, which fuel pipelines. You must have prior success selling a high value, disruptive solution to Executive Level contacts; SaaS and IP experience preferred. You must have exceptional hunting and closing skills, be effective overcoming objections and able to work independently without supervision. You must be a hard-working self-starter while having the ability to accept constructive coaching and be held accountable to agreed upon goals.

The Patent Workflow Solution Account Executive Inside Sales is responsible for selling Intellectual Property (IP) products to the defined market. The Patent Workflow Solution Account Executive will be an expert in Intellectual Property (IP) workflow tools, research tools and related services. The Patent Workflow Solution Account Exec leverages this expertise to meaningfully assess customer needs, convey credibility and promote the portfolio of uniquely differentiated solutions in a targeted and highly professional manner. This is an inside sales position located in Horsham, PA.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience generating new business sales and exceeding annual targets. Previous experience and knowledge of IP workflow is desired. Proven ability to sell complex products to new customer prospects. Experience in the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is a plus. Experience working as a patent attorney/patent agent, within a patent law firm, or within a corporate legal department dealing with patents is a plus. Some travel required to attend tradeshows, team meetings customer meetings etc..
