Location: Horsham, Pennsylvania, United States

Part-time position (Approx. 20 hours) to assist in applying marketing mix concepts for brand positioning, brand architecture, and customer segmentation. Assist in development of marketing strategies to drive brand equity, revenue and profitability. Must have knowledge of basic marketing strategies and ability to execute on those strategies.

Specifically, this position will be focused on implementing retention programs for LexisNexis IP customers using strategic and tactical communications plans designed to take advantage of market opportunities. Candidate will create content for both online and offline communications. The position will be responsible for driving customers to higher levels of engagement and usage to build brand loyalty. Candidate will need to measure ROI to evaluate campaign effectiveness and improve future campaigns. The candidate will need to coordinate with internal clients to ensure that their objectives are aligned with overall company objectives and are successfully met.


  1. Create, write and execute content management efforts, workflows for driving customer engagement, collateral for sales team to use, videos, customer letters/emails, verbalize use cases, tweets and other content as requested. Create content such as whitepapers, infographics, and blog posts with view to repurposing content into new forms including social media, blog posts, emails, and e-books; utilizing best practices to optimize SEO.

  2. Analyze and extract insights from marketing campaigns, ad or promotional campaigns and website traffic data, identify relevant trends. Provide recommendations for continual improvement.

  3. Drive marketing content initiatives that build our brand awareness and drive revenue with intriguing, thought leadership content across multiple media channels.

  4. Update and maintain IP campaign strategy including campaign structure guidelines while meeting the internal stakeholders’ objectives on key performance indicators. Manage campaigns across social media and web platforms.

  5. Assist in the new product launch plans and roll out to customers.

  6. Provide metrics on campaigns success.

  7. Communication of plans to internal and external stakeholders, and persuading others to support or agree to ideas.

  8. Clear understanding of the buyer’s journey and personas and ability to map content against persona’s stage in the buyer’s journey.
