Job Summary:

The Sales Financial Analyst will be an integral member of the Japan Finance team. This position is responsible for Sales reporting and analysis, as well as owning and administering our CRM tool (Salesforce). The position reports directly into the Head of Finance and has frequent interactions with the Sales, Finance, Accounting, and Fulfillment teams in Japan.

Responsibilities:

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare weekly Pipeline and Sales Dashboards for senior management

• Lead reporting and analysis for Net POS metrics (New customers, Upsell/Downsell, and Cancels)

• Establish, define, and implement online Dashboards and detailed reporting

• Lead small to mid-size projects to drive operational efficiency through report automation and process improvement

• Calculate and report sales commissions payments

• Support Head of Finance and Sales Director with all ad-hoc requests

Salesforce / Sales Support

• Be initial point of contact for all CRM reporting requests, issues, dashboards, etc.

• Proactively oversees, monitors, and strives to maintain high levels of quality and accuracy of information in CRM systems

• Responsible for: Account creation, Weekly account clean-up, Inbound lead assignments, Campaign creation and uploads, Renewal creations

• Develop solutions to automate, streamline, and enhance data access, integrity, and processes

• Support building queries and reports for stakeholders

• Develop relationships and work closely with Sales, Finance, and Fulfillment teams

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Japanese and English (spoken and written)

• 1-5 years of experience in a Finance, Sales Operations, or Analytics related role

• System knowledge: Salesforce (or equivalent CRM systems) and Microsoft Excel

• Highly motivated; Strong work ethic; positive attitude towards work

• Ability to take direction and adapt quickly to new surroundings
