RELX Group Territory Coordinator in Duluth, Georgia

Basic Job Function Manage workflow effectiveness, efficiency and results in assigned territory (s) involving ensuring contract compliance, identifying and taking appropriate measures to resolve compliance issues, and ensuring optimal territory coverage and performance to achieve production/service level standards in assigned territories. Analyze and forecast production targets in territory(s) based on market data, historical factors and other relevant data points. Act as a knowledge resource for processes/procedures and court systems and related activities for respective state territory(s) with a specialization in verifications, public record data acquisition, and related areas.
Manage activities in assigned territory(s) ensuring effectiveness, accuracy, efficiency and alignment with customer requirements such as quality, timeliness, etc.
In assigned territory(s), compile and maintain state, county and court specific information and manage workflow in areas such as business verification, public records, customer inquiries, and other related areas. Respond to customer inquiries with completeness in a timely manner.
Ensure achievement of production/service level quality standards in assigned territory(s) and quality assurance requirements are met (i.e. participate in training and other activities to ensure contract compliance).
Develop reports/documentation, identify trends, perform analysis (such as production projections/results, volume, frequency, historical information, revenue, audits, etc.), identify and develop action plans (i.e. in areas such as production, cost, automation, etc.) and present findings/recommendations to management.
Monitor, review, analyze, and validate public records, customer inquiries, verifications, audit information and other deliverables/projects; ensure production, audit and related metrics, standards and targets are met in assigned territory(s).
Identify and resolve deficiencies in collection volume, data timeliness, data quality and other standards in assigned territory(s).
Prepare, review and make decisions on such factors as volume, frequency, currency, cost per record and other related factors. Analyze and determine production projections for assigned territory(s) and act as project lead for projects and initiatives in assigned territory(s). 8. Act as a point of escalation for contract issues in assigned territory(s) (i.e. handle questions, production/quality issues, develop solutions, etc.).
Coordinate and/or actively participate in the tracking, managing, troubleshooting, resolving issues/problems; update system with corrections as appropriate.
Develop and negotiate contract terms such as piece rates/etc.; coordinate payment processing with accounts ensuring proper payment for each relevant record collected. Responsible for managing costs in assigned territory(s) such as identifying opportunities for efficiencies, reductions, etc.
Build and maintain relationships and collaborate effectively with various departments (such as data acquisition/verification, operations support, client services, information technology, accounting, etc.) to ensure service levels are met in assigned territory(s).
Develop and maintain knowledge and understanding of assigned states, territories, volume analysis, courts (including procedures/systems/contacts/etc.), and other related information. 13. Other duties as assigned
Bachelors degree in business, management or related discipline; or equivalent related work experience.
Knowledge of public record, verifications, court systems or related industry is preferred. Prior contract compliance/contract management experience is a plus.
At least three years of professional experience in a customer focused environment involving diagnosing, tracking and resolving problems/issues successfully.
Strong problem solving skills involving research and information seeking skills; asking relevant questions to draw valid conclusions and identifying impacts of decisions applying sound logic.
Knowledge and understanding of MS Office suite involving building and enhancing spreadsheets and reports in Excel, Access, and/or a related technology; ability to learn to write basic formulas, queries, filters, and format/create pivot tables; knowledge and understanding of SQL is preferred.
Creativity, innovation, adaptability, negotiation skills are required.
Ability to assess, review, analyze and draw conclusions on data points and metrics to effectively forecast production metrics.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize workflow and lead multiple assignments/projects with effective time management skills.
Self directed and motivated with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Ability to manage the workflow effectiveness, efficiency and results one or more territories including issue resolution and contract compliance.
Strong interpersonal and relationship development, team collaboration and communication skills (verbal and non-verbal) required and the ability to present information to small groups and develop and communicate action plans and educate others on processes/procedures and related information.
