Demonstrates a conceptual understanding of the procurement of records for insurance purposes. Applies this understanding in the performance of routine and recurring assignments such as reviewing, compiling, acquiring, organizing, and maintaining records.
Performs routine and recurring assignments such as compiling, and reviewing records.
Demonstrates attention to detail and a heightened sense of urgency in obtaining these records.
Daily tasks include but are not limited to:
public acquisition of records from one or more sources,
internal client database,
maintain internal database,
research of records by utilizing lookups, internet or map programs,
may also perform outgoing calls and monitor call queues
Qualifications for this entry level position:
Minimum Education: High School Diploma: Preferred Some College in related field
Able to meet production metrics Required Typing: 40 WPM Preferred Typing: 65+ WPM
1-2 years professional work experience
Highly organized and works well in team environment
