Operations Project Lead


Location: Dayton, Ohio, United States

Basic Job Function

The Operations Project Lead has responsibility, accountability, and authority for managing completion of security questionnaires and other customer requests received within Sales Operations.The Operations Project Lead is responsible for: managing multiple projects simultaneously, executing various deliverables, identifying and collaborating with all company resources, and completing and submitting projects within the 10 or 15-day Service Level Agreement. Further, the Operations Project Lead is responsible for maintaining regular updates on project status.


  • Manage the on-time completion of security questionnaires and other vendor requests for customers and prospects.

  • Plan, organize, schedule and coordinate tasks and activities ensuring adherence to 10 or 15-day SLA.

  • Monitor progress against the schedule and follow-up regularly to ensure on-time completion. Initiate corrective action as necessary.

  • Collaborate with Information Security, Legal, Product, Sales and others throughout the organization to collect and compile responses needed to complete the questionnaires.

  • Volume analysis and reporting.

  • Respond efficiently to tight deadlines and/or urgent requests.

  • Develop strong working relationships/teaming skills with Information Security team and other functional departments throughout the organization.

  • Provide/manage documentation oversight for assigned projects and workstreams (includes development of policies, procedures and training documentation).

  • Adhere to established project methodologies and processes.

  • Document and analyze project activities and problems in such a way that the process is continually improving.


  • BS/BA degree preferred.

  • 3-5 Years related work experience

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize work tasks, and manage multiple and complex projects simultaneously.

  • Attention to detail and follow-up skills.

  • Effective writing, editing and business communication skills.

  • Ability to work calmly in a stressful environment.

  • Advanced technology skills – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Adobe Acrobat Professional, and other tools.
