Global Order-To-Cash Rep
Location: Dayton, Ohio, United States
This position is responsible for providing day-to-day business support for the Global Order-To-Cash (GOTC) business functions. Activities include, but are not limited to order review and contract interpretation, account creation, order processing, account maintenance, billing, invoicing, and problem resolution. This position requires support during non-standard business hours at various times of the month.
Responsible for managing the order process in an accurate and timely manner for customer contracts to include the following: processing the agreement, providing required documents, tracking orders until finalized, and reconciling any orders that need correction
Responsible for driving and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
Responsible for daily account maintenance as required (i.e. adding/deleting IDs, ID support, changing addresses, cancels, credits, billing and invoice inquiries)
Support manual requests of invoices for customers
Process support for the following: changes in pricing, contract processing, evolving sales policies, and product rollouts, etc.
Liaisons with other departments such as sales, sales operations, customer support, legal, pricing, credentialing, credit management, etc. to problem-solve both internal and external customer issues
Identifies customer needs and provides a high level of customer satisfaction. This may include communication and correspondence to customers.
Proactively collaborates with Sales to gather feedback and improves processes in an effort to increase productivity
Contributes to a positive team environment through the achievements of team objectives and measurements. Assists team members as needed.
Completes other duties as assigned.
Associate degree or equivalent experience; BS degree desired
1-3 years of related experience
Solid written and oral communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and work across a matrixed organization
Strong attention to detail
Demonstrate analytical and problem solving skills
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products including, but not limited to, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Proficiency with tools required to support the Global-Order-To-Cash functions
Superior customer service skills
Basic understanding of our products, customers, and industry
Ability to travel as needed
