Software Engineering Lead

This role is responsible for:

  1. Service Delivery: Ensuring 99.9% availability for key services. Part of team responsible for service level, capacity, availability, service continuity.

  2. Service Support: part of internal service desk and triage/escalation point for incident, problem, release and change management for services/systems.

  3. Stakeholder management: managing the relationships with internal business stakeholders

Challenges:

Working with Technical Support manager and the Support & Operations team (India) with different culture and time zone

Support/mitigate as first line of escalation and problem solving as needed for your team

Onsite representative of Support & Maintenance team (India)

Explaining stakeholder issues and prioritization concerns to offshore team

•Workflow prioritization

B.Tech/ BE/ MCA / MSc. Computer Science/BSc. Computer Science/

More than 5 years in Leading Software Engineer Team

Previous IT stakeholder relationship management experience

Managed project with technical teams remotely

Sold Experience in Java, J2EE, XML, DTD, XSLT, XML Editors (Oxygen/XMetal/Epic Editor etc.)

Development methodologies: Agile and Waterfall

Good communication skill
