Your role as a Solution Specialist is to identify and realise opportunities and to deliver business process improvement through LexisNexis’ quality service and superior software solutions. To achieve this, you will:

  • Work closely with the Relationship Managers to identify opportunities with both existing and new customers

  • Develop proposals and tender responses for LexisNexis solutions

  • Conduct product demonstrations both to clients and at seminars to help promote solutions within the legal market

  • Actively support and coach the Relationship Managers in the area of solutions sales

  • Develop existing sales pipeline and identify new opportunities within the Mid Law segment

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ relevant sales work experience, either phone or field based

  • Demonstrated performance against sales objectives

  • High level presentation skills

  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and communicate and negotiate with all levels of a business

Previous experience in legal or accounting practice management software sales will be highly regarded.
