Regional Sales Manager

Basic Job Function: Manage inside sales team to exceed revenue objectives selling LN Risk solutions. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, fundamental skills development of sales personnel and exceeding the revenue objective.

Accountabilties:

  1. Manage and focus team's activities to exceed revenue objectives.

  2. Coordinate and drive new business initiatives.

  3. Up sell and cross sell to existing account base.

  4. Develop and deliver an effective region business plan including accurate sales revenue forecasts, marketing support strategies, sales promotions/campaigns, identification of competitive threats and development of effective countermeasures.

  5. Coordinate consultative fundamental sales skills, competition, industry specific, and related regulation and compliance trainings.

  6. Foster a competitive, aggressive, and winning environment with recognition and promoting professional growth.

  7. Talent Management: hiring, development, coaching, evaluation, and performance management.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 5 years sales experience, with at least 3 years of successful sales management or related leadership experience (Inside sales management experience a plus).

  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  3. Internet and computer literate.

  4. Familiarity of the banking and finance, collections and insurance industries a plus.

  5. Prior experience in mentoring, coaching and performance management.

  6. Strong leadership and team-building skills.

  7. Ability to network effectively internally and externally.

  8. Proven ability to sell complex products to new customer prospects.

  9. Must be proficient in MS Office applications with particular strength using MS Excel.
