As part of the support team for a Technology executive, this position guides two major contributions of the Information and Operations Group. The first aspect is coordination and analysis of a $30M capital budget. Working closely with the managers of each discipline, you will forecast the spending and coordinate the acquisition of capital equipment for all projects.

The second aspect involve the analysis of our people resources. Through collaboration with the leaders, you will identify the key components of our productivity and will develop processes to communicate these results to organization executives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent

  • ITIL certifications preferred

  • Service management tool experience a plus

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of batch processing.

  • Good written communications skills.

  • Good change management skills.

  • Understanding of change request processes.

  • Knowledge of analytical support for system interfaces.

  • Ability to escalate issues using good judgment.

    ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Assist with the adhering to the management of the global change and configuration management process.

  • Assist with process improvement activities.

  • Assist with testing of service management tool.

  • Assist with the creation, generation, and maintenance of analysis reports that assist with the continual service improvement.

  • Respond to system management alerts to handle system/operations exceptions within the assigned enterprise systems of product offerings.

  • Complete business batch processing as directed by department management.

  • Provide basic change management support.

  • Review all production changes for compliance to the global change and configuration policies quests.
