Data Specialist - Entry Level
Location: Boca Raton, Florida, United States
Boca Raton, FL - Alpharetta, GA - King of Prussia, PA - Minneapolis and St. Cloud, MN - Dayton, OH
The candidate will handle ordering, receiving and log initial data loads and recurring updates into the Internal Tracking Database. Coordinate receipt of new files and updates with data acquisition and vendors. Compile layouts, data dictionaries and additional documentation for distribution. File and maintain organization of vendor documentation. Follow up with vendors on (missing updates, developer questions, etc.) for all data received from an aggregator.
Require High School degree or GED equivalent.
Prefer Bachelor's degree
Basic knowledge of development languages such as Microsoft Office, Proficient in Excel
Basic research skills.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral or diagram form
Ability and desire to learn new processes, tools, and technologies.
Good attention to detail.
Good oral and written communications skills.
Ability to deal with problems involving several variables and apply reason.
Ability to troubleshoot problems and provide answers to customer’s inquiries.
Understanding of accounting principles.
Familiar with on-line research practices.
