Sr Business Consultant


Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States

This position exists to drive product usage and revenue growth within client and product segments of strategic importance to business success. Incumbent will spearhead the development and short-term implementation of products and programs vital to the execution of overall market strategy for our Healthcare Vertical. The primary responsibilities of this position will be to drive initiatives and engage clients where efforts are required to achieve business objectives.


  • Tactical assignments, of strategic market importance

  • Development of action-oriented recommendations on specific product, program, or client scenarios not currently achieving desired results

  • Creation and management of product and new business plans, addressing products and solutions that fall outside of identified market segments. Interacting on a cross-functional level developing product plans/business cases addressing specific products and features/functions

  • Education of the sales organization and other personnel on existing/potential needs of customers and how market solutions can most effectively meet those needs, targeting areas where improved sales performance is desired

  • Additional duties as assigned|


  • Ability to acquire and manage resources across organization

  • Ability to develop deliverables, schedule, and budget

  • Ability to use project management software tools (e.g.; MS Project)

  • Proficiency in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint -Strong business and financial analysis/problem solving skills

  • Strong written communication skills and ability to communicate complex ideas

  • Work well with unstructured projects and problems across functional areas

  • Commitment to consistently deliver high quality results in condensed time frames

  • Background in healthcare industry, specifically healthcare plans, with knowledge of products, segments and businesses

  • Five to ten years in functional or product/project management

  • Seven to ten years experience in the development of strategic product plans and programs in the healthcare space

  • BA in business or related field, MBA is a plus
