Assist the Coplogic Vertical in development of product and business strategy thru data analysis. Assist the Coplogic Vertical with the day to day business operations to ensure timely and effective execution of deliverables. Accountable for understanding and learning enterprise systems and data. Capable of acquiring and developing business and product insights for new and existing products. Recognize and propose process improvement needs. Provides leadership to development of business requirements for new product development.

Responsibilities

  • Securing and analyzing appropriate internal and external data to help Coplogic Vertical develop and execute effective product and market strategies

  • Interprets internal or external issues and recommends solutions/best practices; recommends process, product or service improvements.

  • Assist the client engagement and sales support teams with customer retention, implementation, new business and other day to day operation deliverables.

  • Assist with the completion of other day to day operational vertical deliverables to ensure consistent action and communication is delivered.

  • Coordinate the analysis and research for new product offerings. Assist in the development and evaluation of pricing strategies and policies that support the Vertical market strategy and revenues. Conduct market research and analysis on customers for the purpose of selling them our products. Conduct market research and analysis on companies for partnerships or for acquisitions.

  • Monitor current state of competitive landscape within the vertical. Conduct research to collect competitive information. Compile, organize and publish the competitive information to individuals within the Business Unit.

  • Monitor, compile and report daily financial information related to the Vertical. Follow up on outstanding issues resulting from financial reviews.

  • Assist in supporting relationships with key accounts, industry and trade associations, representatives of government, public service organizations, customers and vendors as necessary in the overall management of the Vertical. Attend trade show/convention exhibitions. Work with Corporate Marketing on advertising and promotional materials.

  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in technology, marketing, research or project management

  • Project management skills

  • Business analysis skills

  • Financial analysis skills

  • Proficient utilizing MS Excel and MS Project (desired)

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
