Sr Compliance Manager
Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, United States
This position will be responsible for executing theCompliance Testing and Monitoring Program including documenting controls, conduct testing, and oversee monitoring plans. This position will report to the Senior Compliance Manager and work with the Director, Compliance and the Chief Regulatory Compliance Officer to report findings to the General Counsel and Regulatory Review Board on updates and status of the Compliance Testing and Monitoring Team.
Drive the annual compliance risk assessment process to prioritize compliance efforts across the organization.
Coordinate with Compliance Managers in executing the testing and monitoring program, according to the Compliance Management System (“CMS”).
Document controls and generate testing and monitoring plans around these controls.
Maintain compliance related policies and procedure and draft new policies and procedures as required.
Partner with business units and support functions to assess and enhance 1st line of defense controls.
Responsible for the operational aspect of the compliance monitoring and testing program- working with the business to do the actual testing; identifying issues for remediation, etc.
Assist in defining the scope and developing testing procedures for compliance audit and testing initiatives. Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including Compliance Audit and Compliance Monitoring and Testing, to develop and execute the programs.
Work cross functionally to ensure compliance requirements are managed and timely implemented. Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
Manage, resolve and escalate, as appropriate, issues to the Compliance lawyers.
Assist Compliance lawyers with responses to regulatory inquiries, consumer disputes and customer compliance issues; reviewing handling of such matters and recommending changes to policies, procedures and products.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
Minimum of 5-7 years’ related experience with 3-5 years in compliance, consulting, or internal/external audit preferred.
Experience preferred in responding to regulatory examinations or investigations.
Excellent writing skills and strong ability to communicate verbally with individuals who may be unfamiliar with complex legal issues.
Excellent analytic and organizational skills.
Strong time management and prioritization skills with a demonstrated ability to execute against multiple projects and excel in a fast-paced work environment.
Demonstrate a general knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, industry trends, and Risk Solutions’ products and services.
Ability to work with all levels within the organization, including cross-departmental teams and leadership.
Skilled in industry research and benchmarking, performance assessments and development programs.
Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
Certifications preferred (e.g., CPA/CA, CIA, CISA, CFE, etc.)
