Sales Ops Mgr - Sales Productivity


Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, United States

This position exists to identify, implement, and monitor Sales Productivity initiatives within the LNRS business.


40% - Sales Process & Optimization: Entrench with the sales organization to proactively drive continuous process improvement by uncovering areas of inefficiency and recommend and drive solutions to increase sales productivity and overall effectiveness. Safeguard sales productivity by identifying time sinks, both with internal processes and externally with customer facing activities.

25% - Systems & Tools: Identify sales efficiency and capability gaps and work to solve those gaps via technology enhancements. Work with the CRM and other back office tool administrators to enhance and optimize sales utilization and efficiency.

25% - Project Management: Project manage sales initiatives as assigned within the sales organization. Ensure that the sales force is properly engaged, informed of all changes that impact them, and understand what actions are required. Ensure tools, and training programs are all aligned and updated to accommodate the changes within the sales organization.

10% - Other duties as assigned.

BS/BA in Business related field.

Strong process design/redesign background with 5+ years' experience.

Six Sigma experience strongly preferred. Black belt certification desired.

Strong project management skills with 5+ years' experience leading cross-functional, enterprise wide projects. 2+ years' experience in a B2B sales role preferred or 3+ years' Sales operations experience.

Ability to build consensus among groups with competing interests.

Strong collaboration skills yet can be directive when needed.

Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
