Lead change and results related to corporate initiatives and market area objectives through effective training and development programs. Manage all aspects of training and development programs with a Program Area, including, needs assessment, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and ongoing maintenance and administration. Concentrates on training all target audience members within a specific Program Area.

Accountabilities:

  • Partner with department and project managers to assess learning development needs/ key competency gaps at all employee levels.

  • Work with leadership team to prioritize needs/gaps and recommend the appropriate learning solution and materials.

  • Effectively coordinate with corporate training offerings to meet Business needs.

  • Manage the implementation and rollout of all aspects of learning programs.

  • Coordinate all live (instructor led) programs to include scheduling/ booking space and other training related logistics.

  • Design, document, and deliver product training materials and or programs (such as the new hire onboarding program, learn at lunch, lunch with the leader and rewards and recognition, etc.) utilizing the most effective delivery method and technologies.

  • Product training includes user guides for online use, webinars, and live presentations.

  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 3-5 years’ experience in designing and delivering training programs to diverse populations.

  • Strong management and interpersonal skills to work effectively with management to develop and implement training and programs.

  • Solid computer and technical skills to create and support organization and business unit goals is desired.

  • Knowledge of FCRA, LexisNexis Risk Solutions systems and products preferred. 2-4 years’ experience in contact center environment a plus.
