The Marketing Associate for Business Services is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing marketing team in a high-growth industry. This role will serve as a support function for the Business Services Marketing team and will report to the VP of Marketing. The qualified candidate will possess strong organizational and communication abilities.

Primary Functions:

  • Act as a support function for the VP marketing and the marketing team.

  • Coordinate special initiatives working with Business Services Marketing team and cross functional teams such as corporate marketing, sales operations, technology, integration projects and any ad hoc projects as they com up.

  • Support internal reporting, presentation, meeting and budget needs.

  • Organize internal databases and content needs to ensure marketing materials, website and other digital properties are up to date through ongoing audits and management.

  • Provide administrative assistance for expense reporting, invoicing, new employee onboarding, coordination of meetings.

  • Offer communications support for cross-marketing team needs; write edit and proof internal reports for marketing team.

  • Serve as liaison as needed for marketing to special project team efforts.

  • Additional duties as assigned.

Primary Accountabilities:

  • Manage coordination and delivery of internal reports and communications such as a monthly newsletter, monthly marketing update, quarterly reporting and ongoing PowerPoint updates for programs.

  • Coordinate scheduling of team meetings including scheduling room, setting video conferencing and webex and managing invitation lists.

  • Manage internal in person team meetings and events including securing hotel rooms, setting agenda, coordinating and securing speakers, coordinating catering, and any other event details.

  • Track budget and manage invoice payment using excel.

  • Organize and track updates for marketing materials, website content and digital assets.

  • Assist with organizational tasks such as coordination of cross marketing content calendars and planning deployment of initiatives.

  • Proofread and review marketing materials and digital content

  • Administrative assistance for VP including presentation preparation assistance, new employee onboarding, organizing internal meetings, training activities and expense reports.


  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or English or equivalent related experience

  • 3+ years prior experience

  • Understanding of meeting and event scheduling and set-up; strong project management abilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to write and edit copy for internal reporting.

  • Must be highly organized, project management experience desired.

  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation/reporting acumen.

  • Comfortable with quantitative tasks such as budget and invoicing and spreadsheet development

  • Strong intellectual curiosity with ability to learn quickly and demonstrate competency in new abilities.

  • Highly skilled at managing multiple priorities.

  • Flexible work style-ability to work with many different work styles.
